Websites are easy to build. Business problems are harder. I solve both.

I’m a freelance web developer you can bring in for a clearly scoped project: a new website, a WordPress rebuild, a custom PHP/MySQL tool, a HubSpot setup, or tracking that finally works. You get a finished, working system, not just hours logged.

01Full-stack business system

Sinergy

Website + Employee Management System

Business problem

Sinergy needed more than a public-facing outsourcing website. The business also needed a centralized system for handling day-to-day employee operations behind the scenes.

Solution

I built the frontend website together with a backend employee management system that handles:

  • Attendance
  • Employee shifts
  • Leave requests
  • Salary processing
  • Payslips
  • Certificates
  • Operational reports
Business value

Connects the company’s client-facing presence with a practical internal operations platform — one structured system for core employee workflows and records.

  • Backend
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • Employee Mgmt
  • Payroll
  • Reporting

KamiCare

Multi-Channel Lead Generation & Marketing System

Business problem

KamiCare needed more than isolated ads or social posts — a connected system to educate senior-living decision-makers, generate qualified interest, support follow-up, and make performance easier to understand.

Solution

I worked across every channel so each one supports the same buyer journey instead of operating as separate activities:

  • Campaign strategy
  • LinkedIn advertising
  • Retargeting
  • HubSpot landing pages
  • Lead-gen forms
  • Email campaigns
  • Scorecard funnels
  • Instagram content
  • Campaign creative
  • Conversion tracking
  • Reporting
Business value

A structured B2B marketing engine where paid media, landing pages, email, social, CRM capture, and measurement work together around lead generation and sales conversations.

  • LinkedIn Ads
  • HubSpot

03Full-stack platform

HOA Central

Homeowners Association Management System + Accounting Platform

Business problem

Most homeowners associations run entirely on spreadsheets and group chats — dues tracked manually, payment proof buried in chat threads, board decisions living in someone’s notebook, and the books not surviving a treasurer turnover. There was no single system tying billing, real accounting, and governance together.

Solution

I built a full-stack platform that handles the complete HOA workflow — from monthly dues and payment collection to a real double-entry accounting engine and a separate homeowner self-service portal:

  • Dues & Invoicing
  • Online Payments (PayMongo/GCash/Maya)
  • Double-Entry Accounting
  • Homeowner Portal
  • Board Resolutions & Voting
  • Vendor Tracking
  • Visitor QR Check-in
  • Two-Factor Auth
  • Automated Backups
Business value

Replaces spreadsheets and group chats with one structured system — accurate books that survive board turnovers, homeowners who can self-serve instead of calling the office, and a full audit trail on every peso and every decision.

  • Backend
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • PDO
  • jQuery
  • Accounting
  • Security

04Full-stack care coordination platform

Family Transition HQ

Family Move Coordination Platform

Business problem

When a family moves a parent into assisted living or memory care, the work splinters across group texts, spreadsheets, and whoever remembers what was decided. There’s no single place tracking who’s doing what, what’s been decided about belongings, or what still needs to happen before move day — and out-of-town family members are often left out entirely.

Solution

I built a full-stack PHP/MySQL web app that gives a family one shared workspace for the entire move, from initial decisions through the first 30 days after moving in.

  • Transition Plan
  • Family Roles & Invites
  • Community Compare
  • Belongings Tracker
  • Move Day Checklist
  • First 30 Days
  • Transition Binder
  • Notifications
Business value

Replaces scattered texts and notebooks with one shared plan the whole family — including relatives who live elsewhere — can see and act on. Tasks are organized across five real stages of a move (Decide, Verify, Prepare, Move, Settle), so nothing depends on someone remembering a hallway conversation.

Technical highlights
  • CSRF protection, hardened session cookies, and security headers across every form
  • Cross-tenant authorization enforced at the data layer, verified by an automated regression test
  • A from-scratch integration test suite driving the app over real HTTP against an isolated database
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • PDO
  • Session Auth
  • CSRF-Hardened
  • Responsive UI

0502 FULL-STACK SAAS PLATFORM

CourtFlow

Multi-venue open-play & court booking platform for pickleball clubs

Business problem

Pickleball clubs run open play with whiteboards, paddle stacks and spreadsheets. Players argue over who's next, wait without knowing how long, and miss their turn. Owners have no simple way to take court bookings, track drop-in fees or see how busy their sessions are.

Solution

I built CourtFlow, a single platform that serves many clubs. Each club gets its own branded web address, like belle.courtflow.pro, with a staff dashboard, public pages and data kept completely separate. It handles:

  • QR check-in
  • Fair court rotation
  • Live TV board
  • Phone alerts
  • Online court booking
  • Open-play reservations
  • Drop-in fees
  • Staff roles
  • Reports
Business value

It replaces the whiteboard with a fair, transparent system everyone can see. Operators check players in, fill courts in one tap and let CourtFlow pick every next game. Players see their place in line and get a buzz with their court number when it's their turn. New clubs can be onboarded in minutes from one admin panel.

  • PHP 8
  • MYSQL
  • VANILLA JS
  • MULTI-TENANT
  • WEB PUSH
  • SMTP
  • AUTOMATED
  • TESTS CI

Technical toolkit

18 tools

How a project works

Build the right thing, not just the requested thing.

  1. 01

    Scope

Understand the problem, your tools, and what “done” looks like for this project.

  2. 02

    Quote + plan

A clear scope, timeline, and quote agreed before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Build + Integrate

Develop the solution and connect the tools that matter.

  4. 04

    Updates

Regular progress updates and previews, so there are no surprises at the end.

  5. 05

    Launch + handover

Test, launch, validate tracking, and hand over everything you need to run it.

Rule of thumb

If a simpler fix solves the problem, I’ll recommend the simpler fix.

Why work with me

You don’t need another pair of hands. You need someone who can think through the problem.

Business-first thinking

I start with the outcome, not the platform.

Design + development

I can move from wireframe and messaging to a working system.

Practical over flashy

Clarity, maintainability, and usefulness beat unnecessary complexity.

One person across the stack

Fewer handoffs between strategy, design, build, and troubleshooting.

Portrait of Joseph Agustin

About

Developer when code is the answer. Problem-solver when it isn’t.

I’m Joseph Agustin, a web developer and designer focused on practical digital solutions for businesses.

I work across websites, funnels, WordPress, custom PHP/MySQL tools, marketing systems, CRM workflows, tracking, and automation.

The goal is not to add more technology. It’s to remove friction, make the customer journey clearer, and give the business a system that actually works.

I work on a project basis: a defined scope, a clear quote, and a finished system at the end. Project-based, and open to ongoing work after the first project.

“Good digital work should make the business easier to run and easier to buy from.”

Start a project

Have a project that feels more complicated than it should?

Send me a message with what you need built or fixed, your deadline, and what a successful result looks like. I’ll reply with how I’d approach it and a quote. I’m happy to walk you through any of the projects above.
